Microsoft Windows Vista, 7 and Some XP*
1. Uninstall the Product Normally from the Control Panel.
2. You must run a removal tool for your currently installed Anti-Virus program. Removal Programs
3. Be sure to remove Microsoft One Care before continuing.
4. Remove all Norton or Symantec or McAfee security scans.
5. Click on the Castle to begin the installation.
* If your Windows XP machine has 512 mb or less of memory then install Panda Cloud instead.
